The project proposes the rehabilitation of an existing commercial facade and a redefinition of its relationship with the pedestrian area.

The intervention introduces a coherent identity through brick cladding, wood elements and metal details, aligned with the Bocskor Pékség brand.

A seasonal wooden terrace is created in front of the building, functioning as an open space for the community.

The proposal follows a simple, clear and functional approach with a positive urban impact.
