The project proposes a residential house inspired by local historic architecture, reinterpreted in a contemporary manner with subtle Secessionist influences.

The building is positioned in the rear part of the plot, organizing the site into two distinct courtyards and ensuring optimal east–west and north–south orientation for natural light.

The volume is composed of three clearly defined parts – living area, private area and terrace – unified through a coherent composition and expressive roofscape.

Natural materials such as brick, stone and wood define the identity of the building, creating a balanced, durable and context-sensitive architecture.
