The project proposes a complex logistics facility integrating food/non-food storage, refrigerated warehouse and administrative offices.

The spatial organization is driven by logistics flows, clearly separating loading and unloading areas to ensure operational efficiency.

The warehouses are equipped with racking systems and specialized cold storage units, supported by auxiliary spaces and filtered locker areas.

The administrative area is distributed over two levels and functionally connected to the warehouse, forming a coherent and efficient system.
