The project proposes a logistics facility for meat processing, integrating production, maturation, storage and administrative functions.

The building is organized into two main volumes – a ground-floor production hall and a P+1 administrative unit – arranged parallel to the site boundary.

The functions are structured into three distinct fire compartments, defined by technological flows and operational requirements.

The design ensures functional efficiency, clarity of organization and adaptation to industrial processes.

Architectural design developed entirely by architect Alpár András.
