The project proposes a building ensemble composed of two volumes connected through a sequence of inner courtyards.

The first L-shaped volume accommodates flexible commercial spaces opening towards the main courtyard, while the second volume is more private and accessed through a layered exterior route.

The facades use reclaimed brick, combined with timber windows and a zinc roof, creating a contemporary expression rooted in context.

The project establishes a calm urban atmosphere where materiality, greenery and intermediate spaces define identity and comfort.
