The project proposes a contemporary house defined by clear volumes and an open relationship with the exterior.

The main facade is articulated by a wooden portico that filters light and creates a transition between interior and outdoor space.

The functional layout is oriented towards the living areas, with large openings and visual continuity towards the garden.

Natural materials and a restrained architectural expression create a balanced and context-sensitive design.
